finally got the strength to blog about HS first ever COMBINED UGs CAMP.
this camp really rockx sia..
at least on the instructors level ba..
alll the five ug instructors bond quite close ba...
in my point of view, even red cross (known to be alone) instructors turn out to be quite fun..
there were stephen, yi rui, afidah, feng ying and Chin kheng=D
all these were the angels of the camp..
coz there dun scold ppl.. (i did.. sometimes lah..)
esp. STEPHEN, he wanted to e MOST ANGEL-LIKE instructor of all..
i wanted to be too...
guo jing was the devil.. muhahaha.


now give ya a summary and examples of some ppl..

through this camp, can see NCC cadets are the daring kind..
a bit ah beng, but quite nice lah...
yi sin-quite fun, a bit disrespect.. he helped to mop the canteen, there were 10 of them volunteered. i told all of them to go bathe, only he didnt.. he stayed to help... nice boy.
aliff(instructors)-went high when he's bored..First, he was trying to camouflage in the bushes near the fence, but he ended up kena bite by ants. Next, he put on poncho and took dummy rifle trying to act like terrorist and doing commando crawl. (sae by guojing) he did lotz of funny funny stuff too....
wei guang- ah beng kind, but in a funny way... he was one of the mcs of the campfire.... his grp won the best group.. yan lin was the grp ic as well... mr. T memtioned he was worried for this grp.. yet....

NPCC more structured kind plus make initiative. .
yi han-this boy damn blur... each grp had a flag, they supposed to protect it.. he's the grp ic.
i was talking to stephen (stephen took away one of the flags)..
dinner time----
me: pass me the flag, i keep inside npcc room, then you can go and eat..
stephen:*passed me the flag*
yi han:*walked past with his grp, and heard me*
me: *i looked at him*
yi han:* he looked at me*
yi han:*passed the flag to me as well*
hahaha...
so cute right?
having been arguing with wei siong(instructor)..
or competing with him..
he also a funny guy..

Scouts- ngee song is racist...
this cute boy, gabriel look like mr.............. also dark dark de... smile like him too...
but more cute=D

chek siong and victor so hardworking... the best log ppl ba..haha...
must credit these twos esp. chek siong.. haha..


Red cross- rc instructors were always needed.. haha.. coz medic.. they are fun-loving...
chin kheng the 9 pointed one, so quiet but funny...
stephen wanted to be the angel.. yi rui can play=) afidah quiet but loves to play as well...
i have no impression of their cadets.haha.


guides- stubborn stubborn.. mind you.. that's the good point okay.. they refused to surrender their flag regardless how we trick them, promise them... they believe what is right. hold on to this belief.. but cant see the leadership within them.. spoonfeed them too much? longer time is needed? hope it wun take long..

this camp really is fun..
so sad that it ended so fast...
it should have been longer...
the more campers bonded together on the second day..
i saw their team work on third day..
i saw the team bonding within instructors is strong..


outside of HS, is there any other school can have all five ugs bonded like that? I like to know.....


hope HS UGs will keep that faith, keep that spirit within them.

back from ug camp..
the camp has met its objectives to a certain extend=)
note that this is quite a budget camp

tired tired.
im still emo-ing.
will update soon.
so many things happened.
good and bad stuffs.
commendable efforts by instructors.
laughable actions plus jokes.
the bonding spirit.
the screw up moments.

This write up is from williard aka mei mei-(pretty).
if you have difficulty reading his name, pronounce "billiard" and change the 'B' to 'W'.
on sunday, he suddenly talked about this DATING PHENOMENON.

according to him........

There was no such thing as dating in the history.
In the past, there was only two stages that humans have to go through:
from a child to an adult.
This group of ppl are rather complacent with whatever they had.
coz education was not being emphasized on that time.
they accept whatever that lies ahead of them.
accept whatever that is given to them.
even their life partners were chosen for them,
and they might not match.
still there was low rates of divorces.
for majority, they live happily.


After education is emphasis on,
here comes the stage of teenager.
at this stage, they will get all the perks,
having tons of money,
and had plenty of time to do nothing.
thus, dating comes in to play its role.


"If i were to date you, i would want the best for you.
i will try my best not to let you suffer.
i will not bother about your weakness, you are the only thing that i care for.
after marriage, do you think i care about you any more?
i wouldnt bother."


for girls, you will get all the wonderful and sweet memories during the dating stage,
and gets hell after marriage
for guys, you suffer more during the dating stage,
but got the advantage after marriage.
that's why there has been so many divorce cases around.


the morale of story: grab someone and marry him/her now, you will most likely end holding this life partner's hand forever.

during the weekends went to suntec.
for standard chartered marathon to work.
yun,nana,me,yiren,ban and ppl from sp plus ppl from sr went.
to me:
it's not the money that matter, it's the fun that i have enjoyed.
i enjoyed all the fun that i had last yr as counter support.
this yr not as fun, but still quite a experience.

$20 may sound to you as cheap labour, so??
i find it fun. this is what matters to me.
lol. besides 20 bucks, our grp also get lots of perks=D

1. Sundays - 52 Sundays in a year, you know Sundays are for rest. Days left: 313
2. Summer holidays - 50 where weather is very hot and difficult to study. Days left: 263
3. 8 hours daily sleep - 130 days GONE. Days left: 141
4. 1 hour for daily playing - (good for health) means 15 days. Days left: 126
5. 2 hours daily for food & other delicacies (chewing properly & swallowing) - means 30 days. Days left: 96
6. 1 hour for talking (man is a social animal) - means 15 days. Days left: 81
7. Exam days - per year at least 35 days. Days left: 46
8. Quarterly, half yearly and festival (holidays) - 40 days. Days left: 6
9. For sickness - at least 3 days. Days left: 3
10. Movies and functions- at least 2 days. 1 day left
